Hartanov Team sold us our present house 10 years ago. They were wonderful to deal with and we put their business card on our bulletin board, which subsequently ended up on our fridge. As you know we started looking in San Clemente and although we looked at every community as far north as Corona Del Mar we ended up in the middle at Niguel Shores.
