The long awaited Talega Village Center will finally be open for  business on December 19, 2007 when Ralph's Fresh Fare will open their doors for business.

The 46,000-square-foot building, which will be the first to open in the long-awaited Talega Village Center,  will have a  wine cellar,  A Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee stand, a complete bistro, and an olive and cheese island.

Ralphs Fresh Fare carries more upscale or gourmet goods, than a traditional Ralphs, as well as more organic foods and artisan breads, and an expanded floral section. Some compare Fresh Fare to Bristol Farms.

This is a great addition for those in the Talega Area!

Tuesday, December 11 was the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new Clubhouse at the popular San Clemente Municipal Golf Course, located at  150 E. Avenida Magdalena, San Clemente. The Spanish Colonial style 12,000 square foot building, at the price tag of $5.3 million, houses a 1,500 SF Pro-Shop, Irons in the Fire Restaurant (run by the owner of local BeachFire)  and includes golf cart storage and a maintenance area. The new facility is now completely open to the public.

The family friendly course. located approximately 1 mile from the ocean,  is open 365 days a year.

For tee times, you can contact the Pro Shop at 949.361.8380. The restaurant, Irons in the Fire, can be reached by calling 949.542.3900.
