Summer has arrived!  Many families plan for their summer vacation months in advance but did you know that you need to prepare your home for your vacation as well?  Below are a few tips on what you should do to prepare your home for your upcoming vacation.

The California real estate market softened in May, but the housing market momentum continued to be solid as the spring home-buying season marked higher year-over-year home sales and prices for the fourth straight month.

Single family home sales dropped to 423,000 in May from 428,000 in May 2015, but increased from 389,000 in May 2014.

The median sales price rose to $486,000 compared to $465,000 in May 2014 and $482,000 in April 2015.
