Yes, Halloween is behind us and the little ones are enjoying their treats today, but many older children as well as adults love to look for haunted houses to visit during this time of year as well.  While Halloween is all good and fun, no one wants to end up purchasing a home that gives them nightmares!  In this article we will look at a few tips on how to avoid haunting situations when buying a home.

In September, the number of properties that received a foreclosure filing in Orange County, CA was 13% higher than the previous month and 3% lower than the same time last year, according to RealtyTrac.com.

Join the Laguna Beach Parents Club for their annual Halloween Walk at 4:30pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. This is the club's biggest (and cutest) event of the year! 

The festivities will begin at Main Beach and Laguna Beach residents are invited to come watch the costumed kids (and parents!) as they parade down Forest Avenue to gather candy and trinkets from local merchants. The Halloween Walk will end at the Laguna Beach Presbyterian Church parking lot, located at 415 Forest Avenue.
