August 2012 statistics show San Clemente CA had 408 foreclosure homes with an average foreclosure sales price of $575,787 vs. an average sales price of $661,309, a $85,522 savings according to RealtyTrac.com.

1 in every 425 housing units received a foreclosure filing in August.
