18th Annual Wag-A-Thon Saturday April 30
It's tomorrow! Join the fun at the 18th annual Wag-a-Thon benefiting the San Clemente - Dana Point Animal shelter. It is a family event and the biggest doggie social gathering of the year. This will be the best time you and your dog will ever have, while munching on treats, listening to the sounds of Martin Gerschwitz on keyboard, visiting vendors with cool stuff for all. Meet our celebrity dogs Angel & Rusco from Beverly Hills Chihuahua II, sign up for the Pet Contests:-Be a Rock Star, Best Costume and Best Pet Trick - prizes awarded for top three in each category.

The 21st Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration will showcase live entertainment featuring Mariachis, Aztec Dancers, Ballet Folkloric and live bands along with a colorful student art contest and exhibit, children’s activities, authentic food and drinks. Shadow Invenotry Affects On California Real Estate
Many analysts use the “tip of the iceberg” analogy to describe the 'shadow inventory' situation, feeling that a massive number of distressed properties and underwater loans sits just below the surface. Some believe that the number of potential homes for sale greatly exceeds the number currently on the market. No significant appreciation of California real estate and home prices will take place until the shadow inventory that exist works its way through the real estate market.
