The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce hosts the “Original Taste of San Clemente" at the beautiful Courtside Restaurant at the Rancho San Clemente Tennis & Fitness Club (111 Avenida Vista Montanas) on Friday, November 6.

There will be culinary masterpieces from over twenty of the areas finest and newest restaurants, as well as sixteen premium wineries from throughout California, ice cold Microbrews and more.

Dancing under the stars will feature a fabulous, premier 5-piece band, The Corvettes, who play rock and roll, doo-wop music from the mid-50's through the late 60's.

• The new home buyer, one time tax credit, has offset some of the difficulties people have had getting mortgages.
• Prices are back to where they were in 2003.
• Compared to the stock market, housing isn't a bad story.

Laguna Beach Listings Sold from 2nd Calendar Quarter 2008 through 2nd Quarter 2009 shows that the 1-year sales trend is up 27.5%. However, the one year average sales price trend is down 11.2%.
