The Regatta has garnered $1.4 million for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in its first dozen years, a number that event organizers say will only grow as the tradition continues in 2009 and beyond.

Orange County foreclosure homes declined in April with approximately 5,950 new filings in April compared to 6,010 filings in March, according to RealtyTrac.com.

Tickets went on sale this week for the San Clemente Jazz Festival to take place Saturday, September 5, Labor Day weekend.

This is the Jazz Festival inaugural event with the venue being Center Court of the picturesque Rancho San Clemente Tennis and Fitness Club which will be transformed into a mini-Greek theater, including excellent sound and lighting.

Patti Austin is the headline entertainer and other performers will be announced over the next few months.
