It's not too late to check out the Dana Point Harbor Boat Show.

Today is the last day for the annual event which features a wide display of power and sail boats, the newest models, fishing gear, marine accessories and much more. It's fun for the whole family.

And if sailing is your thing, don't forget the Dana West Yacht Club's annual Leukemia Cup Regatta, a three-day extravaganza with sailboat racing, dinghy contests and plenty more. The Regatta has garnered $1.4 million for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in its first dozen years, a number that event organizers say will only grow as the tradition continues in 2009 and beyond.

Orange County foreclosure homes declined in April with approximately 5,950 new filings in April compared to 6,010 filings in March, according to RealtyTrac.com.

Tickets went on sale this week for the San Clemente Jazz Festival to take place Saturday, September 5, Labor Day weekend.

This is the Jazz Festival inaugural event with the venue being Center Court of the picturesque Rancho San Clemente Tennis and Fitness Club which will be transformed into a mini-Greek theater, including excellent sound and lighting.
