San Clemente will be turning lights off in city offices and all non-essential power at 8:30 this evening for one hour in support of the third annual ‘Earth Hour.’ We will be one of 2,500 cities from 82 countries participating worldwide in support of a call to action to address global climate change.

Similar to our other Orange County communities, San Juan Capistrano real estate sales increased 69 percent in January compared to January 2008, but prices were down 55 percent. New listings were also down by 11 percent and market times were down 20 percent.
