The number of sold listings decreased by 29% to 99 from 140 in June 2010, while market times increased by 15 days to 102 days. The number of new listings decreased by 8% to 155. The June 2011 average sales price increased by 2% when compared to the May 2011 average sales price of $461,440.
From January through June 2011, a total of 546 Mission Viejo homes have sold at an average sales price of $460,166, with 96 average days on market. New listings totaled 955.
