Orange County's best new art shares the stage with the classics every summer during Laguna Beach's Pageant of the Masters. This July and August festival combines a juried exhibit of Original works by 160 gifted artists with a spectacular stage production of well-known paintings, complete with live actors. Since starting in 1932 the Pageant has won worldwide attention and inspired similar living art events across the nation, but to see this stage technique at its finest you've got to come to Laguna Beach. All summer the Pageant is the evening attraction, starting at 8:30 every evening, while new works take center stage during the day in the Festival of Arts.

Sawdust Art Festival - Laguna Beach's multimedia arts celebration runs all summer as part of the city's Festival of the Arts. The Sawdust Festival features fine art exhibit in many forms, including ceramics, jewelry, textile arts, and wood and metal sculptures. The two month exhibit is set in a beautiful three and a half acre canyon just outside town.
Art-A-Fair - This is Laguna Beach's international art festival, where local and foreign painters, sculptors, potters, and jewelers come together for a summer-long exhibit and juried competition. Art affair also includes free daily workshops, and dozens of live music performances on evening weekends.
Sawdust Winter Fantasy - The summer Sawdust tradition continues in November and December with the Winter Fantasy. The event features live art demonstrations, crafts fairs, Santa visits, and live entertainment.
