Classic Search for property
Enter your specific city and other search criteria at Property Search tab, click Refine Search and click the "Save this Search" link a the right top of the results page. (Note: the page defaults to San Clemente listings, so be sure to select your city(s) of interest to initiate the search.)Map Search for property
Using the MLS Map Search tab, click on the specific city that you want to search for property.You then have the option to also:
- To limit your search to only certain areas or specific streets, you can use the Polygon Search as shown below to narrow your search to a specific area of interest,
or - Use the Radius search to search around a specific location, property or address, or how far homes are from a specific location. The search results will show homes within the radius that you select.
- You can also narrow your search by using the House price ranges above the map.
- Use the Option tab on the right of the map to find schools, hospitals, airports, parks, golf courses, churches and shopping.
- Use the Stats tab to view statistics for your specific search.
Sold Statistics
Once you select the tab to view sold properties when viewing detailed property information, you then can view a sold statistics for the listed sold properties. Sold properties listed with be all properties shown for the specific tract.Daily property updates
New listings that match your specific saved search criteria will be emailed to you each day. You only receive properties of interest to you.Bookmarked Listings
These are listings that you want to save to view later. Each listing will have a star icon near each listing or on each listings details page.Personal Control Panel
Here you will able to:
- Add, Change or Delete the property updates sent to you via email.
- View or delete favorite and saved properties from your watch list.
- Update your account information - it is important that your profile is accurate and complete so that you never miss out on great deals or that special home.
- Communicate directly with us via your personal messaging system.
