San Clemente CA Foreclosure Trends - November 2011

November 2011 statistics show San Clemente CA had 433 foreclosure homes with an average foreclosure sales price of $529,470 vs. an average sales price of $629,176, according to RealtyTrac.com, resulting in $99,706 savings.


1 in every 235 housing units received a foreclosure filing in November. 

San Clemente CA Foreclosure Activity and 30-Year Interest Rate

There were 55 new foreclosures in the 92673 zip code and 39 new foreclosures in 92672, for a total of 94 new foreclosures in San Clemente CA. Interest rates dropped to 3.99%.

Orange County CA foreclosure activity is based on total number of properties that receive foreclosure filings…default notice, foreclosure auction notice or bank repossession…each month. Interest rate is based on average 30-year fixed rate from Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey.

San Clemente CA Foreclosure Geographical Comparison

The San Clemente CA foreclosure rate was 0.26% above national rates, 0.49% lower than California rates, and 0.13% above Orange County rates in November.

San Clemente CA Foreclosures By Month

The number of bank-owned homes decreased from 18 homes in October to 8 homes in November. Pre-foreclosure activitydropped from 60 homes in October to 43 homes in November. The number of auctions rose from 33 to 43. There is a six month falling trend.
