San Clemente CA Foreclosure Activity and 30-Year Interest Rate
There were 42 new foreclosures in the 92673 zip code and 31 new foreclosures in 92672, for a total of 73 new foreclosures in San Clemente CA. Interest rates dropped to 3.96%.
Orange County CA foreclosure activity is based on total number of properties that receive foreclosure filings…default notice, foreclosure auction notice or bank repossession…each month. Interest rate is based on average 30-year fixed rate from Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey.

The San Clemente CA foreclosure rate was 0.17% above national rates, 0.06% lower than California rates, and 0.02% above Orange County rates in December.

The number of bank-owned homes remained the same at 8 homes in December. Pre-foreclosure activity dropped from 43 homes in November to 27 homes in December. The number of auctions dropped from 43 to 38. There is a six month falling trend.
