Residents of San Clemente and the surrounding towns in southern Orange County enjoy an array of fine shopping options.  One of the most popular destinations for the savvy shopper is the Baccarat-South Coast Plaza Mall in Costa Mesa.  This huge mall contains over two hundred and fifty stores and almost forty eateries.  The mall occupies over 2.8 million square feet making it one of the largest malls in the United States.  South Coast Plaza is an upscale mall that features above average design features.  The floors are covered with Italian marble, there is a travertine border surrounding the many fountains, chandeliers in the shape of pyramids are hung throughout, and there are garden-edged walkways to enhance the feeling of elegance.

Kaleidoscope: Wishes Skates and Stars

Kaleidoscope in Mission Viejo and the Make-A-Wish Foundation ® of Orange County and the Inland Empire have teamed up again to help grant wishes for kids living with life-threatening medical conditions. Now through the end of January, local high school members of Make-A-Wish clubs are volunteering each Saturday at Kaleidoscope’s Ice-less Skating Rink to raise money for their club to benefit the Foundation through an interactive donation table and a percentage of ice-skating ticket sales.

San Clemente 17th Annual Car Show - Sunday June 10, 2012

Make sure to visit San Clemente and enjoy the 17th annual car show on Avenida Del Mar in downtown San Clemente (map) on Sunday, June 10, 2012.  Stroll the street amongst quality show cars from classics to the exotic. Back To School Drive

You can help children from low-income families start their school year with the right supplies they often can’t afford.

    Duesenberg Luxury Cars Exhibit - July 9-24

    Orange County Metro Link Now Available

    The Orange County Transportation Authority launched OCLINK this past Tuesday, a pass that allows riders to hop on trains and buses throughout the county.

    Available since July 5, the OCLINK Pass provides unlimited weekday rides on all buses and Metrolink trains throughout Orange County for $7 per person. In addition, as part of its Metrolink expansion program, OCTA is adding six more trains throughout the day.
