In July, the number of properties that received a foreclosure filing in San Clemente, CA was 0% higher than the previous month and 67% lower than the same time last year, according to RealtyTrac.com.

Pre-foreclosure activity decreased 14.3% from June 2013 and decreased 61.4% from July 2012. Auctions decreased 42.9% from June and dropped 67.7% from July 2012. Bank-owned properties decreased 33.3% from June and down 75.0% from July 2012.
